KSA DIGITAL PLT REFUNDS POLICY:
Your Rights: You get Personal use license to the Software.
Software code based on FB API support, so we will not be responsible for the refund when the unwanted changes. But we are committed to always be in charge of fixing bugs, replacing other methods so that you always get the best benefits when using our products and services.
Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of KSA DIGITAL PLT.
Before Requesting For Refund:
If you're having any problems configuring or using our knowledge base software, please contact us and take advantage of our friendly, experienced technical support. Our support team help you with configuration and customization. Our support team is always ready to answer any questions you may have about our software.
Requesting For Refund:
1. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues regarding the purchased items.
2. Goods sold are not refundable due to user’s misuse (Please refer the provided guidelines before issuing refund).
3. Please note that we will not refund a digital product if incompatibility with some third-party software arises. We do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
4. We issue refunds for our digital products within 30 days from original date of purchase of the product with condition:
i - 50% refund of the product price within 30 days from original date of purchase if recognised there been an update for Facebook or WhatsApp which leads to the software dysfunctionality in accordance to the product that customer has purchased e.i Getsmart or WhatsApp Adsender.
ii - 100% refund of the product price within 30 days from original date of purchase if recognised there been a major faulty* allied to the software that customer has purchased e.i Getsmart or WhatsApp Adsender.
*major faulty – software totally not functioning.
5. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. Refund requests can be submitted through our sales representative which you had communicate with during the purchasing process.
6. Once the refund is issued, customers may lose all access to use the purchased software and we will stop notifying any future updates.
7. Please send us the provided invoice from our company upon the purchased software once you want to issue a refund.
8. Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased software license. We stand behind our software products and will assist you in solving any problem you have, but we also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why.
9. Refund will only be made via online bank transfer within 1-5 working days depending on preferred bank and its system. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank since there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. The Refund Policy of KSA DIGITAL PLT applies only to software purchased directly from KSA Digital PLT. If your software was purchased through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
11. KSA Digital PLT reserves the right to make final decision, and alter this policy at any time.
